The 231/01 Model
In order to comply with the requirements of the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, in 2009 Asja adopted a new Organizational model for Control and Management in addition to a new Ethical Code, which all employees share and accept.
Our model aims at putting in place a set of principles, policies, procedures and behaviours which merge into our Corporate Governance, while the Ethical Code places the emphasis on the principles, commitments and responsibilities of a moral nature which provide the basis of our company activities and business management.
With the Organizational Model and the Ethical Code attached hereto, Asja intends to provide guidance towards the adoption of morally sound and responsible behaviors with special reference to employees and collaborators in the performance of the company’s business activities and to stakeholders’ legitimate expectations.
