Asja
generates Energy from the sun: it designs, develops, finances, builds and
manages its own photovoltaic power plants to send the energy produced to
the grid. Today, the solar photovoltaics sector can benefit from the know-how
and the organizational structure that Asja has acquired and shaped in the
field of green energy over the years, in line with its policy based on the
growth and diversification of clean energy production from renewable sources.

The first photovoltaic system built by Asja started working in 2005, blending perfectly into the architectural features of Asja’s headquarters in Turin. It was immediately followed by the first real power plant installed near Genoa. These very first experiences paved the way for Asja’s current industrial plan for investment and development in this sector, based on the construction and commissioning of medium-large sized photovoltaic energy parks in different regions of Italy. Every day sun rays provide us with energy free of charge, more energy than humans can ever consume, and they will keep doing so for many millennia to come.
