Processing of personal data
This is to inform you that the treatment of your personal data is performed at our office in full compliance with Law Decree 196/03. Your data is entered in our company database based on direct acquisition on the occasion of this informative fair event and with your prior consent, whenever this is required, i.e., in any circumstances other than those specified in art. 24 of Law Decree 196/03. According to these provisions, the treatment of your data shall be inspired by the criteria of correctness, legitimacy and transparency as well as the protection of the confidentiality of your data and the protection of your rights.
Pursuant to art.13 we inform you that your data is collected for a variety of purposes, including the possibility to:

- contact you and send you informative materials on future promotional initiatives
- contact you and send you informative materials designed to provide a more detailed understanding of the activities performed by our company
The data is handled according to the following modalities: manual and computerised. Personal data is communicated on a voluntary basis. If we not receive your data we shall not be able to send you the aforementioned communications and materials. Your personal data will be disclosed solely to the bodies required by the applicable law provisions and will not be disclosed to any other individuals or entities. Inside the company the data will be entered into the company data management system and will be made available to the people in charge of the treatment of personal data.
