The Asja group has established its presence in Argentina with ARIA.BIZ S.A. Tecnología para el Medio Ambiente, a company duly incorporated under Argentinian law of which it is the majority shareholder.
Aria.biz’s mission is setting up plants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in compliance with the Flexible Mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol.
Aria.biz is mainly engaged in:
- building and managing projects in the framework of the Kyoto Protocol’s flexible mechanisms (CDM)
- design, procurement and technical supervision activities relating to all projects developed in Argentina
- Asja Group market development activities targeting South America
- management of CDM-related procedures and permits in the Host Country
